  • “Client,” “You,” “Your”: Refers to any individual or entity that purchases or uses our services.
  • “Services”: Refers to all content writing, editing, consulting, and related services provided by YESH World.

2. Services Offered

YESH World provides professional freelance content writing services, including but not limited to:

  • Blog posts
  • Articles
  • Website copy
  • Social media content
  • Content marketing strategies
  • Fact-checking
  • Editing and proofreading

Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project.

3. Project Scope and Revision

  • All project scopes, deadlines, and deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement prior to starting work.
  • Two (2) rounds of revisions are included with each project, unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional revisions will incur extra fees, as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement.
  • Invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of issuance, unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee per month.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, Payoneer, or other agreed-upon methods.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any materials, business information, or proprietary data shared with us will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without your written consent.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, all rights to the content created by YESH World for you will be transferred to you.
  • YESH World retains the right to use portions of the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear and accurate project details.
  • Responding promptly to communication and requests for feedback.
  • Reviewing deliverables and requesting revisions within the specified timeframe.

8. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with seven (7) days’ written notice. Payments must be made for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

YESH World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our Website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
